This is the 15th Research Students' Education Conference organized by the School of Education at the University of Leeds in the UK. The conference will be exploring how researchers negotiate times of crisis which could be related to the COVID-19 pandemic or any other political, personal, social, and cultural circumstances.
This one-day conference presents an opportunity for attendees to know more about a range of potential factors that can impact one's research at any stage. Presenters will talk about the challenges of conducting research in difficult times and how they managed to cope with them. Keynote speakers will also share valuable insights and tips related to the conference theme.
This virtual event brings together a vibrant community of PGRs and staff across the University of Leeds, the University of Sheffield, and the University of York. Keynote speakers for this year's conference are from the University of Leicester and the University of Warwick. We look forward to welcoming attendees (PGRs) from within and outside the UK. A great opportunity to ask questions and give/receive feedback! Don't miss out!

RSEC Organizing Committee
Who are we?
The organizing committee of RSEC 2021 represents a group of postgraduate researchers at the School of Education in the University of Leeds. Members of the committee are PhD students from different countries (i.e. Algeria, China, Italy, Ghana, Saudi Arabia, and the UK). This year's committee is directed by Dr Lou Harvey, a lecturer in Language Education and the Director of Postgraduate Research Studies at the School of Education, the University of Leeds. The committee has been working on the organization of this conference for almost seven months.
